Five-Year Review of Jan Busby-Whitehead, MD and the Center for Aging and Health | Newsroom – UNC Health and UNC School of Medicine

An ad hoc committee has been appointed to undertake a routine review of the Center for Aging and Health and its Director Dr. Jan Busby-Whitehead. The review is a standard procedure of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and will take place on October 7, 2021.

The committee invites your written or verbal comments, suggestions, and any other relevant information. All written comments must be submitted to Morgan Resnick-Kahle ([email protected]) or the committee members listed below by September 24, 2021. If you wish to provide verbal comments during the virtual review, please contact Laura Thornton ([email protected]) no later than September 24, 2021. Faculty and staff are also encouraged to provide feedback by participating in the 360 degree assessment that will be sent via email.

North Carolina law requires that any written materials developed or received by the committee during the review may be made available to the person being reviewed upon request. All requests from the person being reviewed will be handled by the Office of University Counsel with names and any identifying information being redacted prior to release of the material.
